A great base to explore the Kent countryside and coast

Ideally situated for a Kent coast countryside holiday, the Hayloft at Chislet is situated on the historic Chislet Marshes, a haven for birdwatchers with sightings of Egrets, Marsh Harriers and Swans. Chislet is a great base for walkers and cyclists,with public rights of way to many local villages with traditional pubs offering a welcome stop en route.

A little further afield, the world heritage city of Canterbury is 8 miles away, and the historic coastal towns of Whitstable, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Deal, and the “cinque ports” of Dover and Sandwich are within easy driving distance.
